How Can OnTrackMoto Help Trackday Organisers?
OnTrackMoto is now the largest and most comprehensive european motorcycle trackday resource. It was created predominantly to help trackday riders find the most suitable events and then support all the organisation before, during and after the event and allow the capture of all useful information that comes out of that event.
1000’s of riders use us daily to find the best event for them and therefore TDO’s need to be on our platform in order to be found by those that do not naturally visit your website. Not only do your existing customers use us, but many more potential customers are too. Therefore you can continually tap into a whole new group of riders and it is us who are drawing them in.
Many users of the site will become members as it allows them to engage with other likeminded riders and share information that will be useful in future. Those members are fed event information on upcoming events that match their own specific criteria and we could be sending emails promoting your events to riders who are not in your customer database.
Therefore we are able to create additional leads and providing we have the correct information we can send users and members directly to your booking pages.

How To Get Listed on OnTrackMoto
In order to have your events listed on OnTrackMoto you’ll need to send us an email and request that we start looking for your events.
How To Improve the Quality of your Listing
We use a number of methods to find out about the various motorcycle trackdays events that are taking place. We use search engine results, AI agents, APIs and if you request it we can crawl your pages too.
AI agents get their information from search engines and webpages and search engines crawl your site. Ultimately if your site is not easily crawlable then search engines will not index you, AI will not have your details and we will therefore not be able to list your events. They key is to ensure your website event pages are easily found using links within your site. Information held in pdfs, embedded functions or external tools will not be found.
If you have a particularly weird website structure that is not easily crawlable then we can supply a template for you to maintain on your website. You can access it here. Simply copy the HTML (right click – view source when on the page) modify it to suit your events, install it in the root of your website and then tell us the URL and do not link to it so that only we find it. We can then check it frequently and update your listings on OnTrackMoto. All you then have to do is update it as things change.
